Become an Owner-Partner in Aspire

Aspire Lending Solutions was built to be a credit-union-centric CUSO – and that includes creating room at the ownership table for like-minded institutions that are serious about conservative commercial real estate lending.

We will consider new active owner-partners who either currently and actively lending in CRE or have a clear strategic intent to do so, and who want to help shape and benefit from a high-quality, exam-friendly nationwide platform.

As an Owner-Partner, Your Institution Can:

  • Gain direct access to a conservative, exam-ready CRE lending platform without building a full in-house department or to supplement your existing in-house team.
  • Help shape Aspire’s strategy, risk appetite, and product focus through formal governance and Management Committee representation (as applicable).
  • Share in the long-term economic value of the CUSO through pro rata distributions, as Aspire’s loan volume and life-of-loan servicing income grow.
  • Participate in a collaborative network of credit unions and industry experts focused on “quality over quantity” commercial lending, sharing deal flow, best practices, and portfolio insights.
